Our website may involve third-party service providers, such as hosting and forms services, that process information needed to operate the site. Any additional analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed here when activated.

Health information and confidentiality

If you decide to work with Health Clarity Co., additional information may be requested through separately arranged communications and intake procedures. We aim to limit information collection to what is needed and use reasonable safeguards. No ordinary email or web form should be assumed to be a secure channel for detailed health records. Please ask about the appropriate way to provide sensitive documents.

Scope of services

Health Clarity Co. offers RN-led health education, organizational support, and healthcare appointment preparation. Services are not emergency care, medical diagnosis, prescribing, or a replacement for your own clinician. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.

Scheduling, payments, cancellations and refunds

Appointments are arranged directly after an inquiry. Payment, rescheduling, cancellations, and refund eligibility should be stated clearly in the client agreement you receive before paying. Final public cancellation deadlines and refund rules must be added here before offering paid appointments.
